ScribeWealth turns a client's holdings file into a finished, client-ready investment review in minutes — so the hours you spend in Excel and Word go back into the only work that grows your book.
Export the holdings. Rebuild the table. Chase the prices. Write the commentary. Fix the spacing. Export to PDF. Half an hour per client — and with a hundred clients to service, that is a working week and a half every month spent on documents instead of people.
The advisors who grow aren't the ones with the neatest documents. They're the ones with the most conversations.
A CSV or Excel export from any platform — tickers, units, average cost. Column names don't have to match anything; we map them.
Live prices, weights, benchmark comparison and concentration risk — assembled into an executive summary and plain-English commentary.
Read it, ask the assistant follow-ups before the meeting, download the polished PDF — then get back to your pipeline.
Not a raw spreadsheet. A written review with a structure a portfolio manager would recognise, as a polished PDF you can send straight to your client.
The portfolio returned +16.4% over the past twelve months, roughly five points ahead of its benchmark. Most of that lead came from two large positions rather than broad strength, and concentration has risen as a result — worth raising at this review.
| Holding | Weight | Value (RM) | Gain / loss |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth Fund | 24.3% | 100,894 | +2.0% |
| Index Fund | 20.8% | 86,362 | +9.2% |
| Global Equity | 11.4% | 47,333 | +19.5% |
| Dividend Trust | 9.7% | 40,274 | −1.4% |
| Bond Fund | 8.1% | 33,631 | +3.6% |
Technology sits at 36% of the book and the largest single holding is above 12%. Trimming that position and adding defensive ballast would reduce single-name risk while keeping the portfolio's growth character.
Right now the quality of a client review depends on which agent wrote it. Because every ScribeWealth review is generated from the same template, each agent produces the same structure and the same depth — whether they joined last week or ten years ago.
Reviews follow one house structure, so a client's document looks the same regardless of who prepared it.
Every review comes out as the same polished PDF, so no one is rebuilding layouts or formatting in Word.
Writing a portfolio review stops being a skill a new agent has to acquire before they can serve a client.
Client portfolios are sensitive. ScribeWealth is engineered for them — private by default, and aligned with Malaysia's PDPA.
Access, export and deletion of client data built in, following Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.
Holdings are used only to produce your report and are never sold. The uploaded file is deleted once it has been read.
Argon2id password hashing, per-account lockouts, rate limiting and a full security audit log.
HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers and a hardened content-security policy.
Uploaded holdings are used only to produce your report, and we never sell them. To write the commentary, holdings data is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI), whose API terms exclude using it to train their models; market data providers receive only ticker symbols. The uploaded file itself is deleted as soon as it has been read. The app is built around Malaysia's PDPA — you can access, export and delete your data yourself from the Account page — with Argon2id password hashing, per-account lockouts, rate limiting and a full security audit log. See the Privacy Notice for the full list of processors.
Not yet — custom logos, colours and disclaimer text are on the roadmap, not in the product today. Right now every review is generated as the same clean, professionally typeset ScribeWealth PDF, ready to send. If firm branding matters for your rollout, tell us when you book a demo — it helps us prioritise it.
Market data is pulled at the moment you generate the review — currently from Financial Modeling Prep and Yahoo Finance — and the weights, benchmark comparison and risk metrics are computed from it. Figures are shown in the report so you can verify them before you send anything, and you remain the adviser of record. Always check the numbers against your own records: data providers can be delayed or incomplete.
Yes, but as individual accounts today: each agent signs up with their own login and works independently, and because every review comes from the same template the output is consistent across the team. Team-level administration — shared settings, central seat management and billing — is on the roadmap rather than in the product today. Talk to us about your agency and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.
